Demonstration Steps

Step #1:  On the left side of your screen login.  For the demonstration please use the username: demo and the password: demo.

Step #2:  On the left side of the screen you will have one of two options.  To schedule your appointment for your flushot clinic please click "clinic signup." If you would like to print an immunization coupon please click "immunization coupon."

Step #3:

If you clicked "clinic signup" then you will be brought to the appointment booking page.  Please fill out your information. The resource drop down menu will be the clinic date for your company.  Please find the corresponding date of your clinic and select a time slot.

Step #4:  If you chose immunization coupon you will be brought to the immunization coupon form.  Please fill out the necessary information.  Enter in the email address that the coupon will be emailed to.  After the submit button is clicked, a PDF coupon will be emailed to the employee.  This can then be printed by the employee and redeemed at the pharmacy.
